Wild Blueberry and Butterfly Morning

Sometimes there are happy surprises along life's way. This blueberry bush loaded with ripe blueberries was one. I hope the bears don't mind sharing a few for my morning cereal.

There are so many wildflowers on the Blue Ridge and butterflies busily working them over, that I decided they deserved their own posts. These were growing in the campground at Balsam Mountain.

Oh, and there were bumblebees too.
